I have always love, love, loved, this Chloe Sevigny cover story from House & Garden, 2007. I could care less about her latest heeled Doc Martens, but I am very impressed at the extreme use of chintz in the blue guest bedroom.
I am posting the whole thing. The photographs are by Francois Halard. The scans and re-cap here are from alovelybeing.com:
“David Cafiero, the designer with whom Ms. Sevigny worked alongside to create this space, says they were inspired by the book, Billy Baldwin Decorates. “We liked that beaten-down WASP late-sixties look. Those Geraldine Page interiors,” David tells House & Garden. My kind of people!”
